Bellagio Convention Center, Bellagio Hotel

Las Vegas, Nevada

The project includes over 250,000 sf of building with a 24' clear height. The structure has
clear spans of up to 280'. The roof the building supports a fully landscaped area with 3' of
earth (design load of 500 psf).

Peppermill Hotel Casino Convention Center Addition

Reno, Nevada

This project consists of 100,000 of second floor level convention center facilities. The
roof framing has a clear span of 120'. Special vibration analysis engineering was used to
damp out second floor vibrations.

Granlibakken Conference Center

West Shore, Lake Tahoe, California

A large conference center above a story of covered parking. The 90' clear span main
truss supported a roof designed for a 265 psf snow load.

North Tahoe Conference Center

Kings Beach, California

A $2.5 million structural renovation of an existing building. A unique aspect of this project
included the construction of essentially a new code conforming structure, (240 psf snow
load) inside an existing (60 psf snow load) nonconforming structure. The new
construction included both vertical and lateral code upgrade of the existing building,
without demolishing the existing roof due to weather and T.R.P.A. considerations.

Yerington Elementary School Community Center/Museum/Auditorium

Yerington, Nevada

Renovation of an existing 1912 two story unreinforced brick and concrete structure.
Renovation included partial removal of existing second story so a new auditorium could be
constructed.
